IN THEORY is a Muscle Shoals-style Led Zeppelin. A swampy gritty version of Soundgarden, all laced with powerhouse hard-rock vocals and an attitude that screams rock n roll. With In Theory you get a new style and sound unto itself that captures you in a way that leaves you wanting much more.

Combining the musical ingredients from their pasts, In Theory is a band to easily get excited about. Over the years they have worked with many of the top musicians in the world from Victor Wooten, Vinnie Appice, Rob Morgenstein, Jared James Nichols and more. IN THEORY is currently working with famed director Juan Ibanez on a new music video and music that will release in the summer of 2023.
Guitarist and producer Mike Mostert, has a captivating style with a powerful approach to IN THEORY's music and live performances. A former EMI signed artist, Mike has taken a new approach to music, combining the styles and influences of a lifetime to create a sound that generates excitement.

Mostert combines a wide variety of instruments and tunings when constructing IN THEORY's music. Mike produces a sound where Muscle Shoals meet Los Angeles and together creates 100% pure rock. Mike has been a musician, songwriter and producer for years and has worked with top tier players such as Victor Wooten, Vinnie Appice, Jared James Nichols and Johnny Hiland.
There is no mistaking Tony Covino's vocal ability. His vocal presence is explosive and undeniably next level. Also a former EMI recording artist, Tony has carved out an impressive career. With a somber despair and resounding rage reminiscent of Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell, Covino’s strong vocals and reflective lyrics pull listeners in.
Covino’s emotion-laden voice and thought provoking lyrics result in a sound that is a high energy journey through a dark and moody landscape. As the front man for IN THEORY, Covino proves he's an artistic force to be reckoned with.
